A Proven Name in
Post-Viral Support

Tollovid is a dietary supplement formulated to support the immune system, including for people managing post-viral symptoms often associated with long COVID.

Tollovid isn't a new idea or being tested for the first time. It was originally marketed and sold from December 2020 to December 2023 under a prior license, generating more than $3.2 million in sales. Tollo Health has held its own license for Tollovid since 2025 and has already generated approximately $50,000 in sales through direct email marketing to past customers ahead of a broader campaign centered on generating new Long COVID research data.

Tollo Health's confidence in Tollovid is grounded in:

• Third-party research on Tollovid's activity as an inhibitor of the SARS-CoV-2 main protease (3CL protease) from OvationLab and AndHealth

• Ongoing customer feedback through market research

Tollo Health is now investing in more formal clinical studies of Tollovid, both as a standalone supplement and in combination with its Galactovid supplement. The company is also pursuing a GRAS (generally recognized as safe) determination with the goal of eventually reclassifying Tollovid as a medical food.

Antiviral Defense, Backed by Real Science

Viruses need a way in. Galectovid, a medical food intended for use under physician supervision, targets exactly that. By inhibiting Galectin-1 and Galectin-3, two proteins certain viruses rely on to enter cells and weaken the body's immune response, Galectovid supports patients managing acute viral infections.

Galectovid is already commercially available, sold online at TolloHealth.shop and through physician and pharmacy channels, including a wholesale partnership giving it access to a network of more than 6,500 independent pharmacies. Since its 2025 launch, Tollo Health has generated approximately $50,000 in lifetime Galectovid sales, without any marketing spend to date.

Tollo Health intends to use a portion of this raise to fund two clinical development programs for Galectovid: a standalone trial evaluating it as an antiviral for acute viral infections, and its inclusion in a combination arm alongside Tollovid within Tollo Health’s proposed long COVID clinical trial.
