Mr. Commissiong is the co-founder of Amarantus Bioscience Holdings, Inc. and was the CEO at Todos Medical, Ltd. Mr. Commissiong has raised over $80 million in research capital to forward numerous scientific development programs, including those currently underway at Todos.

Andrew A. Blumenthal, RN, Research Consultant, is an independent clinician-scientist whose work bridges advanced clinical practice, biomarker interpretation, and emerging research in virology and integrative rehabilitation medicine. Licensed in New York and Connecticut, Blumenthal has built a multidisciplinary career focused on pain management, post-viral inflammatory syndromes, and trauma-related somatic dysfunction.

His clinical foundation includes more than twelve years integrating psychometrics and neurofeedback-assisted psychotherapy to treat generalized anxiety, PTSD, and complex pain presentations resulting from physical and psychological trauma.

Blumenthal’s current research expertise centers on 3CL protease inhibition, galectin-mediated viral persistence, diabetic metabolic environments, and mechanisms of post-COVID sequelae. Over the past seven years, he has conducted ongoing investigations into viral replication pathways, the inflammatory cascade, and potential therapeutic modulation using medical foods and nutraceutical agents. His supplement-science focus includes evidence-based applications of 3CL inhibitors and immune-modulatory compounds.

Formally trained as a Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE), Blumenthal has contributed expertise to the Connecticut Department of Justice and other medico-legal stakeholders. Panchal’s passion for integrating technology into the healthcare ecosystem furthers his goal to improve the patient journey, ultimately enhancing quality of life, one patient at a time. A board-certified nuclear pharmacist, Mr. Panchal is licensed to practice in five states. He received his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Drake University.

Mr. Hirsch was appointed as the Company’s CFO since April, 2025. Since July of 2023, Daniel is Treasurer of American Picture House Inc. Prior to that, from 2024 to 2025, Mr. Hirsch served as Chief Financial Officer and director of Todos Medical Ltd. Mr. Hirsch has been Managing Partner of First Line Capital, LLC since 2002. Mr. Hirsch holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Yeshiva University and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the New School of Social Research.
